Welcome to Kindergarten @ Samuel Gilbert Public School.
There are four fantastic Kindergarten classes at our school. Our teachers' names are Ms Barclay, Mrs Evans, Mrs McLeod, Ms Richmond and Mrs Samuels.

Term 4: Week 3 There is no formal list of sight words or sounds for Term 4. Students will learn new words at their level in the books they are reading in Reading Groups. All students should continue to revise Terms 1, 2 and 3's sight words and sounds. Special Activities: Thursday: Kindergarten 2009 Transition Program Current Kindergarten students will play with next year's Kindergarten students and then join them for a sausage sizzle. Students do not need to bring lunch on this day. ------------------------------ Coming Up...Term 4: Week 4 Special Activities: Tuesday: Dance (Wear school uniform) ------------------------------ Coming Up...Term 4: Weeks 5-8 Special Activities: Tuesday: Christmas Craft 1:50-2:55pm All parents/grandparents welcome to join us in class every Tuesday afternoon (Wks 5-8) to help us make some beautiful Christmas Craft!
